FLEX Intercooler - Toyota Hilux N80 / Fortuner 2015+

This is a premium direct fit intercooler kit that'll take your 1GD engine to the next level! This kit is designed and manufactured in Thailand as a dead simple direct fit, suitable for DIY install.

Factory intercoolers on these utes were built for a warranty cycle, not a tuned 4x4 with a van on the back and 40 degree days. Plastic end tanks, thin cores and soft charge hoses are the first things to give up.

FLEX replaces that with a monoblock cooler and aluminium hard pipes, both designed to fit the factory location. Same mounts, same route, a lot more cooler! Plus, pipes that don't balloon the first time you lean on it.
