FLEX Intercooler - DMAX / MUX / BT50 2020+
This is a premium direct fit intercooler kit that'll take your Ford Ranger to the next level! This kit is designed and manufactured in Thailand as a dead simple direct fit, suitable for DIY install and can handle up to 80psi of boost!
Factory intercoolers on these utes were built for a warranty cycle, not a tuned 4x4 with a van on the back and 40 degree days. Plastic end tanks, thin cores and soft charge hoses are the first things to give up.
FLEX replaces that with a monoblock cooler and aluminium hard pipes, both designed to fit the factory location. Same mounts, same route, alot more cooler! Plus, pipes that don't balloon the first time you lean on it.

*** Please not, the air temp sensor bung is not included in the intake pipe or the intercooler core. This is used for your ECU to adjust the VNT. If you have an aftermarket turbo, this is fine. While we have had reports that factory turbos run fine without them after a tune, it is recommended to add the M14 x 1.5 bungs to retain the factory sensors. ***
