What makes this special?
Introducing the MCR iBOOST throttle controllers, brought to you exclusively by iplaydirty 4x4! These are App controlled with a heap of new features like Rumble mode for that Ghost Cam show off or a built in Speed Test to check your 0-100 times and even your 1/4 mile times! While the industry has been happy with minimal levels of control, we thought you deserved better! Each mode has a slider to choose from 0 to 250, giving incredibly granular control of each modes intensity!
With the MCR i-BOOST Controller, you have a wide range of modes to get the most from your modern engine, no matter the conditions. Whether you want to smooth out the jerking throttle as you bounce over rocks or you want the most aggresive throttle response on the market, you have full control at your fingertips! We even have an Advanced AI mode that responds to how your driving in the moment.
These are dead simple to set up with an IOS and Android app available for your phone with a simple Pedal Calibration on first use. This means you don't have an unsightly controller stuck to your dash, it's a full stealth mount with nothing but your phone screen to control it!

How do I get the app?
After purchasing, you should receive an automated email that has links to the app for Andoid and iOS, as well as a link to our set up video guide on youtube. Please check your junk mailbox too but if you didn't receive it, please reach out to our team.
I have no throttle.
Try re-calibrating your unit. Make sure to push the pedal all the way to the floor before clicking the calibration fob.,
I have a warning light on my dash.
This can happen if you haven't quite plugged in your controller properly. Try un plug and reconnect and the recalibrate your controller. There may be a check engine light but that should clear after 3 engine start cycles. If the problem persists, please reach out to the team via email or live chat.
Can I use this with a tuned car?
You definitely can! One of the benefits of the MCR i-BOOST over other controllers on the market is that you can calibrate the controller to your current throttle curve. If you have your car tuned by us, we'll recalibrate for you before handing your car back. If you have it tuned elsewhere, please complete a recalibration, then you're good to go!
Can I run the Ghost Cam during normal driving?
While you can leave the "Play Wave" feature on, it will cut out as soon as you drive as a safety measure. The controller has a timer after you stop driving where it will automatically reengage the Ghost Cam. While you're set to "Play Wave", your throttle will otherwise be factory so we highly recommend setting to your preferred mode for daily driving to get the full benefit of this controller.
Do I need to connect via bluetooth every time I drive?
The MCR controller will lock to your last selected mode when you start your car. This means you don't need to connect if you are happy with the mode you were last in. We recommend running in Advanced AI as a "set and forget" solution that will adjust to how you're driving in the moment.
